Liz & Joel Bennett
Welcome to APEShip Brewing, a unique and a nautical brewery anchored in the historical Downtown Canteen District of North Platte, NE. We're Joel & Liz Bennett, and after 30 years of running a cleaning business, we decided to jump into the world of brewing. With the support and encouragement from family and friends, we turned our love for beer into a full-fledged adventure.
Joel has been perfecting his craft in our garage for years, creating all sorts of traditional and experimental brews that our friends and family cannot get enough of. He has even grown his own hops for his famous ESB. Many of his brews are inspired by our European travels, especially visits to Germany, we've developed a serious love for European beers that we are excited to share with you.
